Field Trip to California's Central Coast

An interesting California Central Coast field trip is to Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur and San Simeon including Hearst Castle .

 

Images shown included Monterey Bay’s Aquarium, sea otters playing, sea lions, elephant seals, many sea bird species, abundant wildflowers, panoramic landscapes and dramatic photos of sunsets and sunrises on the beaches.  Images of dolphins putting on acrobatic shows next to surfers and even migrating gray whales were enjoyed by all.  Hearst Castle State Park was a walking adventure and Point Lobo State Reserve was rich in sea life, wildflowers, and birds.  Seventeen Mile Drive and lunch at Pebble Beach Golf course was spectacular as was the morning and evening walks on Carmel Beach.

There was so much to photograph at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Hearst Castle has interesting tours.
