Charley grew up right here in Rocklin, taking all the photography classes she could, some of them taught by her father, Frank Shields.  A three sport athlete, she received her Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University, married and moved to Fiji where she launched her professional photography career under the name Tadra Productions.  Her favorite photographic subjects are people, capturing may Fiji destination weddings for happy couples.  Now back in Rocklin, Charley pursues her passion for photography, and capturing the human experience.  Charley will share her techniques, eye for capturing "the moment," and maybe a few secrets of her success as a photographer.
