Michele is a wildlife photographer and wildlife rescuer from Fair Oaks. She has been animal-crazy her entire life, and now that she is semi-retired, she spends all her free time living her dream, studying, photographing, and helping wildlife.  She originally picked up a camera to market horses, and found she had an eye for animal photography.

The Sacramento Valley is an amazing component of the Great Pacific Flyway - and in the presentation, Michele will take us on a photographic tour of some of the beautiful avian species that can be found in the area, both during migration season, and year around,  She will also point out a few of the difficulties our wild bird friends face throughout the seasons, with some rescue stories woven into the presentation.

Michele's photos have been featured in California Watchable Wildlife and many of the regional Wildlife Rescue Organizations' newsletters, and she has done presentations for Sierra College, Sierra Club, Effie Yeaw Nature Center, and several other organizations.  Come join us on this photographic tour of the Great Pacific Flyway!
