This photo challenge was announced at our July 9 meeting. We see every day that many, many Lincoln Hills residents have dogs and walk them with great frequency. 

Lincoln Hills dogs and their owners come in many shapes, sizes, and personalities.  There are happy dogs, friendly dogs, shy dogs, energetic dogs, lazy dogs, and more. There are dogs in baby carriages, dogs on short leashes, dogs on long leashes and dogs that don't want a leash at all.

Let's see how much variety, interest, and humor we can capture with our cameras and phones over the next month and a half.

Rules for the Challenge:

• Photos must be of one or more dogs, with or without their owners

• Photographers must get permission from the dog's owner.  I've found that if you ask the dogif it is ok to take his/her picture, the owner generally is thrilled and readily agrees.

• You may submit up to 5 (increased limit from 3) of your best photos.

The challenge will be a big part of our  September 10  General Meeting. You will be given the chance to describe your experience and/or your photos as they are shown to the audience.
