Ed Rotberg Shared his Passion for Photography at our February Meeting

We were delighted to welcome Ed Rotberg as our February guest speaker. Ed is an avid photographer, and has been since 1972. He made the switch from film to ‘digital and Photoshop’ in 2003.

While Ed photographs everything from architecture and street scenes, to portraits and landscapes, his real passion is photographing wildlife and nature, especially birds. He and his wife have greatly enjoyed combining photography with their travels throughout the United States and to such places as Australia, Ireland, Scotland, Costa Rica, Tanzania and Namibia.

 

His work has appeared in galleries and books, and his work has been featured both inside and on the cover of Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Shoreline Magazine and the cover of their current Visitor’s Guide.
