Nevada City and Grass Valley are interesting cities with a lot of photo opportunities. The following is a description of a field trip the Photo Club made in 2024.

On Oct 29, 2024, a group of 16 Photo Club members visited Nevada City, CA, and Grass Valley, CA, to photograph the fall colors in and around these historic gold-mining-era towns. Along with the beauty of capturing the fall foliage in various locations, we blended in buildings and houses dressed up for Halloween.

We concluded the field trip with lunch at Sergio's Caffè in Grass Valley.
