Important Notice – Safety, Risks & Liability
 

Lincoln Hills Photography Club (LHPC) members and guests are solely responsible for their own safety, health and costs for any LHPC activities including field trips.  Activities and field trips may include many safety issues such as walking on uneven surfaces, icy or slippery conditions, exposure to hot or cold temperatures, hazardous driving, travel conditions, lodging, food, exposure to Covid and other diseases, and other issues and risks.  Each member and guests are solely responsible for researching activities and field trips so they are fully aware of hazards, safety, health and other risks. 

 

Members, guests and others participating in activities and field trips do so at their own risk.  Neither the LHPC, officers, unelected board members, club members, field trip planners or leaders assume any responsibility for the safety, health or costs of members, guests, or others.  By participating in LHPC activities, members and their guests assume all liabilities for their own safety, health and costs.  Members are required to inform their guests of these risks and the related assumptions of their own liabilities related to LHPC activities.
